Our reviews speak for themselves and we are very proud of the service we provide and the positive feedback we receive. However, we know that we don’t always get everything perfect, but we pledge to use your reviews and feedback to make changes in areas that need improvement, to ensure your patient experience with us is second to none.
Whether you had a positive experience, or identified an opportunity for us to improve, we want to hear from you.
If you had a great experience with us, we’d love to hear about it, so please share a review on the NHS website. Likewise, if you identified an area we need to improve, please share your feedback here.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very attentive and caring. Got seen very quickly. Overall a great experience
Staff very friendly and helpfull. The waiting was a bit longer but the doctor was very nice and friendly. Thank you
I cut my thumb and went to the drop in to get it checked out because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. The Nurse was really friendly and she cleaned the wound and used some glue to stick the cut together. Instantly it stopped bleeding and she then dressed it. The Nurse was very friendly and knew her stuff.

We are operating and providing consultations, however we have closed the Practice inside of the Boots store in Brighton.
