Join the practice

We always welcome new patients to register with Practice Plus Brighton Station. To be eligible to join the practice you must live within our BN1, BN2, BN3 or BN41 catchment area.

 

Registrations submitted from outside of the BN1, BN2, BN3 or BN41 areas will not be processed.

Register for a GP Service

You can register with us by using the NHS Register for a GP Service. Click on the link below to start now or download a paper form from the same link and bring it to our practice.

It takes around 15 minutes to complete an online registration form and we aim to send your confirmation within 5 working days. You do not need your NHS number, but it could make registration easier.

If you are registering children under the age of 16 years it is important that you register yourself first. We will also require immunisations history for children. If you have transferred to our practice from a UK GP immunisations information may be available to us however in many cases we will need you to come to the practice to provide a record of child immunisations.

We may also need you to provide identification and will let you know if it is required.

If you need an appointment your registration will need to be confirmed before you can book your consultation.
